No, because the action of ‘301 redirect’ is made in the old domain. Your new website doesn’t need to do anything with this action. Remember Google in its official page saying that links to your website would never harm you! If you still worry, you might think in this way: imagine if there is a competitor who would like to pull you down from the ranking, then your competitor ‘301 redirect’ a web page with illegal content to your website.
